due to the nature of our business and products we sell, the items are not eligible for a refund.


If our products arrived damaged, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement. (not possible with an original illustration / painting and limited edition items. we give our best to pack the items very safely, to make sure everyhing arrives with you without being damaged while shipping.
